We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using this website or submitting a form you agree to the practices described below.

1. What we collect

• Workplace enquiries: company name, contact name, email, phone, suburb/postcode, staff numbers, visitor numbers and any notes you add to the request form.
• Operator accounts: your name, business name, email, phone, service areas, membership tier and billing status.
• Academy and resource enquiries: the answers you give in the application or enquiry forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring pages, campaign parameters (UTM) and anonymous analytics events used to measure how pages perform.

2. How we use it

• To verify a workplace actually wants a vending machine before a site is listed.
• To match verified site locations with registered vending operators.
• To deliver the site brief and contact details to the operator who buys a site.
• To send service emails: verification, release alerts, receipts and account notices.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraudulent submissions and keep the marketplace clean.
• To improve our pages, content and conversion performance.

3. Who we share it with

A workplace's contact details are released only to the vending operator who purchases that site location. We do not sell mailing lists, and we never re-list or resell a site lead once it has been sold. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and analytics; they only process data on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

4. Marketing and unsubscribing

Release alerts and operator updates are opt-in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time using the contact form. Transactional emails (verification, receipts, account notices) will still be sent while your account or enquiry is active.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your timezone and form progress, and to measure page performance with Google Analytics 4. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

6. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access controls, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep enquiry and sale records for as long as needed to run the marketplace and meet our tax and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Use the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version always appears on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
